In a medium mixing bowl, mix the ingredients for the tikka sauce - garlic-ginger paste, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garam masala, salt, Greek yogurt, tomato paste and water. Unwrap the paneer from the layers of paper towels and set it on a cutting board. Gently slice the paneer into equal size cubes. - Firstly in a bowl add all the marination ingredients & make a thick paste. Now put all the paneer cubes in it & coat them well with the paste. Now keep the marinated paneer in a refrigerator for an hour.

- After 1 hour, remove the marinated paneer. Now heat a grilling pan and brush some oil over it. You can add any non-stick pan that you have. Now place the paneer cubes over the pan & roast them for about 2 to 3 mins, by turning & flipping them. The marination masalas should coat the paneer well while roasting. Remove then when it's done from both the sides, keep them aside.
- Now take another bowl, add the boiled sprouts, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, pepper powder, salt, black salt, jaljeera powder, lime juice & mix everything very well.
- Finally add the paneer tikka cubes to it then again give it a good mix. Sprinkle some more chopped coriander, squeeze some more lime juice & serve it as a starter or for satisfying your small hunger pangs..ππ
