Dice the paneer into cubes,as per your desired size. If you are using frozen paneer,thaw them and then use it. Dont marinade the paneer once you get the packed ones immediately from refrigerator. Just wait till it comes to room temperature and then dice it.

- Firstly take a pan and roast gram flour until it turns little red. It gives a nice aroma
- Now take one bowl and add curd in it.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, mustard oil and lemon juice
- Add all other spices like nutmeg powder, elaichi powder,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala,cloves powder
- Now mix it gently with whisker till it turns into a fine paste.
- Now add coriander leaves in it.
- Mix it and add paneer cubes in it. marinate for 30 minus minimum.
- Now grease the grill pan with butter or oil and place the paneer cubes in it till it turns brown.
- Now Lasuni Paneer is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney
