  2. Add all powdered spices except kadai masala and garam masala.Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomato puree and salt,add 1/2 cup water.Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add peas,mix well Add yogurt and mix again.Add 1 cup water and cook till peas are 80%cooked.
  5. Now add garam masala,mix.Add paneer cubes.Add 1/4cup water,cover and cook for 2-3minutes on low -medium flame.
  6. Adjust consistency of gravy and add kadai masala with kasuri methi.Mix with gentle strokes.
  7. Put off flame.Mater paneer kadai masala is ready to serve.
  8. Serve with parathas/roti/naan/rice.Happy cooking
