  6. Now heat the tawa flat khadhai or index kadhai put on tawa arrange it alternate rice & cooked veggie & fried onion dry fruits fried onion mint leaves pour saffron milk & 1sp ghee cover it foil paper otherwise cover it lid stick lid with wheat dough take dum 7 to to 8 min.
