  1. At first boil water then add 1/2tsp cumin seeds,whole garam masala, 2cup soaked basmati rice,then cook it 80 %. Now strain it.
  2. In a karai add 3tbsp mustard oil then fry paneer. Then add whole spices, fry it. Now add 1tsp ginger paste, green chili paste as per your taste,1 big tomato paste,cook for 2mints. Now add 1tsp cumin powder,1tsp coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,mixed well. Then add 2tbsp curd.Now add boiled potato,fried paneer,mixed it. Now add water boil for 5mints.
  3. For biriyani layer in a karai add half gravy,then add cooked rice,now add biriyani masala, 1tsp ghee, add rice,paneer and potato,1tsp ghee,biriyani masala,add extra gravy.
  4. Now cover it for 15mints on low medium flame. Turn off the flame. served it.

Then layer over with half of the pre-cooked rice, and top that with half the amounts of the cilantro, mint and fried onions. Repeat the layering with the remaining half of the ingredients.
