- The first step is to wash basmati rice properly and soak for 20 minutes in water. After 20 minutes, par boil the rice and keep it aside. Let the rice cool completely and put cooked rice in large plate.
- Now, take another bowl and boil muttor, carrot and potatoes. On the other gas, take a pan and add oil and butter. Then add jira seeds and saute for few seconds.
- The next step is to add garlic ginger paste and saute for 5-7 seconds. Then add onion and salt to cook onion until it becomes pink in color.
- Then add boiled vegetables, paneer cubes and turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jira powder, pav bhaji masala and biryani masala and mix veggies properly in all the masalas. Add remaining salt.
- The next step is to add cooked rice and mix all the ingredients well. Finally, serve biryani with coriander leaves.
