  1. Heat butter in a karahi & add thickly sliced onion.
  2. Cook for few seconds & add shahi paneer masala, Saute for a second & add tomatoes. Cook till they become soft. Switch off the flame & let it cool down.
  3. Put it in the grinder & grind till it becomes a smooth paste.
  4. Again put that paste in the same karahi with all ingredients. Cook till oil spreads from corners.
  5. Now add 1 tbsp cream or malai, Mix it well. Add Kasuri methi, paneer pieces & 1/2 cup of milk. Cook for a few seconds.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati or naan.
