How To Make Shahi Paneer without onion and garlic. first of all chop paneer into pieces , no need to fry or saute in paneer in oil or ghee. now heat ghee or oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and the whole spices in the oil. when spices start to crackle then add the grated bottle gourd and saute for a minute. now cover the pan with a lid and let the gourd soften a bit. The original shahi paneer is from Mughalai cuisine. It has a white gravy made from onion and yogurt. Full of nuts saffron and aromatic spices.

Instructions to make Shahi Paneer:
  1. Fry the ingredients to grind. Once it is cooled, grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Heat kadai. Add one bay leaf to temper.
  3. Pour the grinded paste to it.
  4. Add red chilli powder and needed salt. Mix well.
  5. Add peas and allow to cook.
  6. Cut Paneer into pieces and add to it.
  7. Smash the pressure cooked potato and add it.
  8. Mix well and allow to boil. Once peas, paneer is cooked. Delicious shahi paneer is ready to serve.
