  5. Add milk and make a smooth paste into a grinder.
  6. Now sieve the paste into strainer.
  7. Futher, heat oil and butter into same kadai. And add kasuri methi.
  8. Now add chilli powder also.
  9. And add ready paste,salt,tomato pure,sugar.
  10. Also add fresh cream. And simmer for few minutes.
  11. Futher add slices paneer.
  12. Finally, sahi paneer garnish with fresh cream and grill heart shape paneer piece and ready to serve with naan,chapati or paratha.
