  1. Put butter in a wok. Add roughly chopped onions,tomatoes. Also add cashew,chilly,cardamom,cloves,garlic and ginger. And add Kashmiri lal mirch also. And mix it well and close the lid and keep it for 4-5mins.
  2. After that off the flame and let it be on normal temperature. After it get cools pour it in mixture jar and grind it well. You will get paste.
  3. Now take a wok put butter and bay leaf after that pour paste in it. And add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt and some water mix it well and keep it for 4-5mins
  4. After that add paneer in it. And heat it on medium flame for 5-7mins. Your shahi Paneer is ready.
