- First ready all ingredients. Heat butter in a pan and add tomatoes, onion and cashews to it. Saute it for 5 min at low flame.Let it cool.
- Once it cools take it in a blender and make a smooth puree.
- Now heat butter in a pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves to it. Saute for 2 min. Now add all spices as mentioned and cook for 5 min. Now add paneer cubes to it and gently mix.Add fresh cream to it. Now add pinch of kasuri methi and green coriander. Shahi paneer is ready. Serve it with any paratha or naan.
