Steps to make Shahi Paneer:
  1. Add oil in a pan. Then add cardamom, curry leaves,cloves, almonds, cashew nuts and saute for a minute.
  2. In a kadhai add chopped onions and saute it till its colour changed to golden brown.
  3. Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies mix well and saute it till it softs
  4. Then add grated ginger and mix well and saute it for a minute.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper.mix well and and two tbsp of water and saute it for a minute.
  6. Let it cool down completely.
  7. Then add cloves, cardamom, curry leaves, cashews and almonds in masala and mix well and saute it for a minute.
  8. Then grind the masala in mixing jar. And transfer in kadhai and saute for a minute.
  9. Then add fresh malai and mix well
  10. Then add butter and mix well
  11. Add milk and mix well.
  12. Add paneer cubes in gravy. And mix well.
  13. Shahi paneer is ready serve hot with chapatti, parantha, naan.
