  2. Get 50 gm paneer
  3. Prepare 1 finely chopped onion

  7. Take 2 tspn chopped coriander leaves (optional)

Roll the dough in to a big sausage shape. Take off heat and stir in bicarbonate of soda. Place the sugar, flour and oats into a bowl, add in the wet mixture, stir and cool slightly. Combine all of the ingredients, except the flaked almonds and egg white, in a food processor and blend until a soft dough forms.

Instructions to make Crunchy biscuits:
  1. In a bowl add chopped onion, mashed paneer, sakt, black pepper powder, corriander leaves.. Mix them nicely
  2. Now take the mixture place it nicely on one side of biscuits and cover it with another biscuits..
  3. Pre heat oven place all the filled biscuits on the baking tray..
  4. Cook them for 12-15 minutes at 180° c or till they are crispy and crunchy.. Our crunchy biscuits are ready to serve..
