- Now heat a pan add in prepared tomato puree and also add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until the oil is released from masala paste.
- Add 1 cup water or more how much you want to thick gravy and salt, cook 5 min.
