- Add chopped spinach, sarso and water in it and boiled it..
- Then take 1/2 katori water and add makka flour in it and mix it well and make fine paste
- Add this paste in saag and close the cooker..
- When one whistle blow it's done..
- When it become cool blend it little.
- Then take a wok
- Add oil in it
- Then add cumin seeds in it
- Then add ginger garlic in it and saute it..
- Then add onion in it and saute it
- Then add tomatoes in it and cook it little
- Then add all spices in it and cook it..
- Then add saag and 1cup water in it..
- Cook it for 1/2 and hour on slow flame..
- And serve hot with karela and chapati
