  1. Wash,Soak the Samak rice in warm water for 2 to 3 hours.Soak khus khus in warm milk and keep aside.

  3. Boil milk for 10–15 min on low flame.Add soaked samak in it and boil on sim gas for 15 min.
  4. Mix saffron in warm milk.Keep aside to dissolve.
  5. Boil with samak rice stirring constantly,cook till 15 min. Add kesar milk mixture and cook for 35 min more till it thickens.Soak nuts raisins,pistachos.Then chop deseeded dates.
  6. Add khus khus milk mixture after 30 min of cooking.Add finely chopped Dates.Cook nicely stirring continuously.
  7. Cook nicely after it thickens approximately 40 min add khand,I added natura sugar free 8 tsp.Cook for 14 min more till it thickens.Add raisins,add crushed pista in between.Switch off gas.Add. elaichi powder.
  8. It's ready.Add rose water at last.Garnish with Raisins and pista.Serve warm or cold.You can add nuts of your choice too.
  9. Elaichi powder is being added.
