  3. Add sugar in it and 1 cardamom.. Pinch of kesar.. Stir occasionally.. Add dry fruits.. Again boiled.. When boiled milk left half of the milk.. Off the gas..
  4. Garnishing with dryfruits.. Ready for serve..

Generally, kheer is a North Indian pudding made with milk and rice but here, sabudana is used with milk because rice cannot be eaten during the days of fast. Sabudana kheer is a sweet pudding made with sago, milk and sugar. It is a popular Indian sweet made on Hindu fasting days.
