  5. Keep stirring until everything is combined well and cooked.
  6. Roast cashew nuts in a tsp of ghee, add cashew nuts and cardamom powder mix well.
  7. Garnish with caramelised crystals and some roasted cashew nuts and your absolutely delicious kheer is ready to serve.
