- In a pan heat ghee and roast suji or rava for couple of minutes.
- Then add milk,stir well cover with the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add sugar and cook it until mixtur thickens. It will thicken more once it cools down,so monitor the consistency of kheer.Then add rose flavor or beet root powder,add 1 tsp ghee and mix well.Kheer is ready.
- If you want kheer to br more creamy then add kaju powder or paste.to the mixture.
