  3. Your fresh Chena is ready, wash it thoroughly under water so that the sourness of vinegar goes away.
  4. Now add this fresh chenna to the reduced milk, cook for 5 min, and switch off the gas. - Cool down. Add dryfruits and serve.

This Kheer is creamy, flavoured with Rose and cardamom and has goodness of chhena (freshly made paneer). It is perfect for any festival, celebration or just to have on those days of dessert craving. How to make Paneer Kheer Take milk and keep it on gas on a low to medium flame, when it boils, crumble the paneer and keep aside.
