- Now add kismis, chopped almonds and pistachio and serve chilled. Garnish with rose petals.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining ghee in a pan and add all the dry fruits in it. Let them roast until light brown in colour. Finally, add saffron milk in the kheer along with half of the roasted dry fruits. Most of the time, it is consumed during Vrat, upvas in North India.
