- Ab chini add karein 5 mint pkye khoya or badam add karein halkii anch pe pakaye elaichi powder b dal dein or chamch chalty rahein
- Dish out krlein badam se garnished krlein rice kheer tayar hai
Stir in the milk, cardamom and almonds. To make the rice kheer, wash and soak the rice in enough water for half an hour, drain and keep aside. Discard the water and heat the milk in the same pan and bring it to a vigorous boil. Kheer is Indian rice pudding made with only three basic ingredients- rice, milk and sugar. And I think that's the reason it is so commonly made in India because the basic ingredients are so readily available everywhere.
