- Besides prepare cardamom powder with some sugar set aside & set milk for boiling on low flame in a nonstick wok further the sweet potatoes looks like so in the picture while soften
- Now will mash it well as shown in the picture boil milk until it’s 70% left scrape the sides fore the thick layer of Malai now add strands of saffron, sugar,cardamoms powder & add the mashed sweet potatoes accordingly in milk keep stirring to check the thickness & if it’s enough stop adding it this comes out like the texture of a rabdi.
- Once it’s ready garnish it with nuts & enjoy it warm or cold accordingly looks awesome Alhumdulillah…!
