Instructions to make Gajar ki kheer:
  1. Peel wash & grate the carrot
  2. In a pan first roast dry fruits and then roast grated carrot for 2 to 3 min in ghee
  3. Now boil milk with bay leave & cardamom till milk left 750 gr
  4. Now add chopped carrot & stir occasionally till mixture become thick
  5. Off the flame leave it for cool as room temperature now add mashed gur
  6. Mix it well freeze it for some time garnish with dry fruits & saffron if you want
