- Boil the soaked rice and then blend it in a blender.
- Put it in a pan, add milk and sugar in it. And stir it well, after every two to three minutes till the milk get thickens. Cook it in a medium low flame.
- As soon as it starts to get thicken, add chopped almonds and pistachios. Also add condensed milk (5 to 6 tbsp) or upto the taste.
- Cook it for more 10 to 15 min and then dish it out in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish. And you're ready to go.
