Instructions to make Gud ki Kheer:
  1. At First,soak basmati rice in a warm water for about half an hour and slightly blend it in a blender into a course texture.
  2. After that, In a heavy bottomed thick vessel Boil the milk in high flame. After one boil in it add the blend and soaked basmati rice and stir it continuously for about 15 mins in medium low flame until rice turns soft and cooked properly in milk.
  3. Here after that, mix all the grated coconut, and again cook it in low flame for about 15 mins.
  4. Lastly, add gudd or Jagger according to the sweetness you prefer and mix it properly until all the gudd melt in the kheer. Cook it for another 15-20 mins until kheer turns slight thick and gudd dissolve in it properly.
  5. Gudd ki kheer is ready to serve.
