- Saute for 30 seconds now add big chopped onion,garlic,green chillies,ginger and tomatoes. After that add all masalas like haldi,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder,garam masala and salt.
- Saute for 5 mins and now add spinach and mint in it. Mix it and cook it for 6 to 7 mins or till spinach and mint leaves cook nicely.
- Off the stove and let it be cool. And than make a green paste from this.
- In same pan again heat 1 tbsp butter crackle cumin seeds and add dry red chillies and bay leaf. now add all vegetables. Saute for 2 mins and cover it with lids.
- Let it cook for 10 to 15 mins. After it's cook add green paste in it.
- Mix it well. And add 1/4 cup water in it. Cook for 2 mins. Now add paneer in it.
- Mix it and add fresh cream in it. Ready to serve.
