  3. Now mix salt accordingly. 1 tsp is usual in the vegetables,mix them and keep them on the sieve plate
  4. Keep it aside for 15mins and till the time knead the dough of the refined flour
  5. Leave the dough in bowl and move to the veges back after 15minutes… Drain all the water collected and remove extra water by squeezing the veges between ur palms to remove extra water and dehydrate the veges
  6. Put the dehydrated veges in a bowl and separate all the lumps.
  7. Now using a rolling pin, make small circles of the dough put some vegetable in the middle and stretch all the sides up so as to give it a apperance like this
  8. U can give any shape of ur Choice… But filling should be of veges with the dough covering it
  9. After making the dumplings put them in a steamer after putting a small amount of butter on the plate so that after steaming one can remove them easily
  10. Steam them and serve hot

Usually meat is used to stuff these momos but I make typical Indian stuffing such as some fresh vegetables or sometimes, I add paneer as well. Momos can be steamed or fried. Steamed one are healthier but if you are looking for crunchy texture of these momos, you can fry. Which vegetables are added to veg momos stuffing.
