I haven't found her recipe, but my father patched one together from many he found online that turns out a pie just like the one she used to make.   5. In a saucepan combine the 1/2 cup heavy cream with marshmallows, cook over medium heat stirring all the time until melted. Transfer to a bowl, add cream de menthe and cream de cocoa and cool to room temperature.
  6. In a large chilled bowl beat the 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream to soft peaks, beat in cooled marshmallow mixture until thick and blended, mound into pie crust and chill for 8 hours or overnight to set.
  7. GARNISH with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
