- Now roll all paratha dough spread it as much as possible with using ata, then add mixed chopped leaves in the dough it spread it half of the paratha dough then fold it like moon type and set aside.
- Heat the frying pan add paratha dough, keep the flame of the oven in medium heat, brush both sides of the paratha with the oil and shallow fry.
- Tasty paratha is ready.
