- Add bay leaf,whole garam masalas
- Wash the rice and add into the boiling milk
- Cook till it is soft and dry
- In another pan add shahi jeera and whole garam masalas

- Add tomatoes and ginger paste and saute well

- Now in a pot add ghee heat and spread rice
- Now add the paneer and Potato mix
- Spread rice and sprinkle kesar soaked in milk
- Keep it on low heat till it is well combined
- Serve it with raita
