- Stir fry the onions and peppers in the oil
- Switch off the cooker once stir fried and move the onions and peppers to one side…add the rest of the ingredients to make the sauce and just mix it up on this side of the pan. You don’t want to mix the veg into the sauce yet
- Add the fried or not fried Mogo whichever you prefer and now on a high flame stir fry all together and make sure the sauce covers all the Mogo and veg
- Within 3/4 mins it will all be combined and you can garnish with coriander. Enjoy while still Hot
- This is great for larger gathering as veg can be stir fried earlier on and the Mogo again can all be prepped earlier you just need to combine all right at the end. This will serve up to 6 if you have other starters also. If not the would be good as a side dish for 4
