- Cut small cubes of the paneer. Then heat a pan of oil and fry the cubes until brown. Be careful as the paneer can spit.
- Then after you take the paneer out and add it into a saucepan of boiling water. And leave it aside.
- In a wok add the oil and add the coriander seeds let these boil then add chopped onions then add salt let the onions brown. Then add the chillies and garlic chutney and paneer. Then add the chilli sauce and soy sauce mix all this together. Then add chopped coriander then sprinkle lime juice and serve warm great as a starter.
