- Add oil to IP and start on sauté for 6 mins add the onions and brown add tomatoe. The IP will be still very hot even though the it’s switched off

- Mince releases it’s own water and we want the mince to be dry so don’t add anymore water, once the mince is done 5 mins, do a quick vent release.
- Now cook on sauté mode for 5/6 mins for the water to burn off. Once done remove from IP and leave to cool down
- Cut the crust off your bread
- Make your sauce ketchup mixed with chilli powder miss out the chilli powder if you like milder version
- Now spread the 1st slice of bread with mince then 2nd with sauce. Put last onto the sauce and press down
- Now cut into four & dip into batter & fry
