  8. Take 200 gms Paneer cut into cubes
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil
  10. Prepare handful Coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. Take For Chapati:
  12. Get 1 1/2 cup what flour OR (50:50) wheat + all purpose flour
  13. Get 3/4 th cup warm water
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
  15. Get 1/2 tsp Salt

Soft melt-in-the-mouth paneer tikka cubes stuffed inside a whole wheat flour rotis. It is a healthy, nutritious and quick recipe that you can easily prepare ate home. Make the kathi roll Take the roti/tortilla and put some green coriander chutney in the middle. Put the paneer mixture over the chutney.

Steps to make Paneer Kathi Roll:
  1. In a bowl, add the paneer, bell peppers with all spices, yogurt and mix everything thoroughly. Rest it for 20 mins in the fridge.
  2. Meanwhile, In a bowl mix everything under chapati and divide it in 4-5 equal portions. Roll them and cook them over a pan on both sides till light brown blisters are formed.
  3. In a pan, heat oil and add the marinated paneer and bell peppers. Cook them for 4-5 mins, till they are almost dry. Remove them from heat and add in the coriander leaves
  4. Take the chapati and apply ketchup /left over marinade if any left. Put some paneer in the center and wrap it like a roll.
  5. For ease of handling, one side can be cover in a foil or baking paper.
