- Take 300 g Plain Yoghurt
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- Get 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- Make ready 2 tsp Salt or to taste
- Take 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
- Get 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder or to taste
- Get 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- Get 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- Take 500 g Mixed Lamb Pieces, on the bone
- Prepare 🌻For assemble the Biryani
- Get Pinch Yellow & red Food Colour Powder
- Make ready Few drop Kewra water
- Take 1 Lemon, sliced into rounds
- Get Reserved Fried Onions
- Take Fresh Coriander, chopped
- Get leaves Fresh mint

- 🌻Assemble the biryani: - Uncover the lamb and leave it on a low heat. Place all the rice on top of it. Sprinkle red and yellow food colour arrange all lemon and tomato’s slice spread fried onion and coriander and mint leaves.
- 🌻Steam the biryani: - Cover the pan with a lid and place a heavy object on top. Turn the heat to high for 1 minute then turn to the lowest and leave to steam for 20 minutes.
