- Now, put these small khakras on tawa and cook them slightly on both sides.. then use a flat surfaced utensil (a katori or a glass) press the khakras so that they dont swell up.. keep fliping them and they'll turn crispy. you can store these in an air tight containers.
- Now, mount these crispy mini khakras with the quinoa mix and enjoy!
