Heat 1.5 tablespoon of oil and fry cinnamon,cardamom,cumin seeds,cloves and black pepper untill sizzle,then add onion paste untill they become transparent to Golden now add ginger garlic paste untill raw smell goes away now add tomato and fry them well now add garam masala,kasturi methi saute them untill mixture leaves sides of the pan.
  4. Now add blend palak salt in this saute add 1.5 glass of water mix well untill bubbles appear for 3-5 minutes.avoid overcooking, switch off stove,add paneer and fresh milk cream.Palak paneer is ready to serve.We can eat with naan chapati,rice.
