  4. Heat and grease the Tava on medium heat. Greasing ghee all sides, spread the ghee on the Paratha,cook both sides until turns golden. Switch off the gas. Plating the Paratha.
  5. Delicious PALAK PANEER PARATHA is ready, serve with plenty of butter, Raita,Chutney or Hot Tea
