  2. Combine the blanched spinach, roughly chopped garlic and green chillies in a mixer and blend to a smooth puree without using any water.keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non- stick pan or kadai,add the red chillies, garlic and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the onion and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes and add degi mirch mix well.
  5. Add the spinach puree, cream,milk and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add paneer cubes,mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with fresh cream,fried onion.
  8. Serve hot with parathas,butter naan and rice also.
