  1. Firstly take a pan add water in it and boil it 5minutes on high flame.now add clean palak in it for 20sec only.Now after that keep it aside and immediately add palak into chilled water.
  2. Now take a jar add palak in the jar without water and add Green chilli in it to make a fine puerry and grind it.
  3. Now heat a pan add oil in it.after that add cumin seed and garlic paste to fry On slow flame.after that add palak paste,salt in it and cooked it for 5minutes.after that now add lemon juice and paneer cubes in it and let it cooked it for few minutes in slow flame to soak the aroma of garlic,lemon.
  4. Now it's ready to eat.serve it add add a layer of fresh cream at the top.
