  4. Add little water too to make the gravy. - Once spinach is cooked well add paneer cubes and cook again so that everything gets incorporated well.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala when it's done and serve with steamed rice

It pairs well with naan, paratha or jeera rice. When we were kids, the only way my brothers would eat spinach was if it was cooked with paneer in palak paneer. Mix in the paneer to coat it.
