- In another pan heat butter add bay leaf,black pepper,cloves,long cardamom add ginger garlic paste and tomato onion puree cook it for 2-3 minutes add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder and salt mix it well,add palak puree cook for a minute and add paneer mix it well
- Add fresh cream and mix it,Served in another bowl garnish with grated paneer and cream and onion,Served it with tandoori roti
