Now place the pan on the gas and add cumin, big cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon long, and bay leaf and roast it for a while.   1. Cook basmati rice in such way that it's each grain is cooked but remains separated. In kadhai add heat ghee,add bay leaf, kashmiri red chilli powder and chopped onion.. saute till brown.
  2. Add garlic paste, green chillies paste,snauf powder, biryani masala and salt. Saute for 1 min.
  3. Add chopped spinach and saute for 1 min. Add curd, mix and cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add cooked basmati rice and fried paneer pieces..Mix gently.
  5. Serve Hot Delicious Palak Paneer Pulao.
