- Heat oil in pan add the whole spices jeera, laung, kala mirch, elaichi & bay leaf. Fry till aromatic, add onions fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste fry for few mins.
- Add haldi powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala stir fry the masala, add the chopped tomatoes cook till tomatoes are mashed.
- Add the chopped palak, salt and mix well with the masala. Cover and cook till done.
- Shallow fry the paneer pieces and add to the palak gravy. Simmer for 10 mins
