  2. Making the spinach paste: Take a grinder add blanch spinach, 2green Chillies, 4-5 garlic pods, ginger piece, 2 tsp water and make fine paste. Take out in a bowl and add 1/2 cup water to the grinder. This water is needed while making the sabji.
  3. Take a pan/ kadai add oil cumin seed, asafoetida, chopped onions. Saute it till golden brown.
  4. Add corsely crush green chilli, garlic, Punjabi special masala, all spices masala and the water in the mixy.
  5. Let it get good boil for 5min. Add salt. When oil start releasing add spinach paste.
  6. Mix it well and let it shimmer for 2 min. Add paneer cubes. Mix it all well. And saute it till oil released
  7. Add fresh cream and Palak Paneer is ready. Serve with salad, rice, Parathas, Naan, roti. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with dear ones.
