  6. Take a small ball of dough roll it.stuff Paneer mixture in it. Pack it's all the sides.
  7. Pack properly and again make a ball and roll it dusting dry wheat flour.
  8. Heat a griddle place paratha on it. Fry it on medium to low flame by flipping it and pouring oil from the sides.
  9. Serve hot with butter and pickles.

Spread a little ghee/oil on part cooked paratha. Flip again and you will find the paratha cooked nicely. Garnish with cream and serve hot with Naan,Kulcha,Kerala Paratha or rice.
