- Clean leaves of palak remove all the stems. Now blanch palak(boil sufficient water in big pan, when it start boiling add palak and boil it for 5 minutes. Now transfer it into cold water, it will help in preserving the natural colour of palak).
- Now puree it with the help of blender don't forget to add green chilli.
- Cut paneer in desired size avoid to cut in big chunks.
- Now in nonstick pan cook this puree on low flame without adding ghee into it. It will take 10-12 minutes or till the time you feel the cooked aroma.
- Now add paneer into it and cook it for another 3 minutes. Now add ghee,it will increase aroma and provide a glaze.
- Serve hot with Roti /Paratha.
