Palak Paneer is a quintessential North Indian vegetarian dish made with cottage cheese and fresh spinach. Steps to make Palak paneer:
- Wash chopped boil palak strain it cool it and than grind it.
- We need paneer cubes or diced chopped onions chilli garlic paste and tomatoes chopped and grinded.. In a kadai add ghee.
- Than add chilli garlic paste. Saute it till it gets light brown than add onions and cumin seeds saute it till onion gets light pinkish brown.
- Now add tomato puree and water and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on high flame as tomatoes are cooked, add the ground palak.
- After adding palak mix it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. Later add salt and kitchen king masala and mix it.
- Now add paneer. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame. Now palak paneer is ready. Serve it and enjoy it
