- Now add 1 to 2 tablespoon of water in the karahi and stir. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes on low flame. In between check and stir.
- After the gobi aloo is cooked properly add dry mango powder (amchur powder).And mix,stir nicely. Switch off the heat (stove).
